WHO WE ARE

Satellites Unlimited, LLC (SUI), based in Birmingham, Alabama, is an employee-owned and operated Regional Service Provider and Authorized Retailer for DISH. Since 1999, we have delivered professional in-home entertainment and communication services throughout the Southeast. Today, we remain committed to providing the highest quality customer experiences for DISH subscribers. Our team is an elite group of service providers, from in-the-field Technicians and Field Service Managers to support staff and executive leadership. We continually invest in our more than 400 team members and their success.

WHAT WE DO

We provide services to new and existing DISH customers living in the Southeast by providing DISH installation, maintenance, repair, and enhancements. Our team installs entertainment and communication solutions in the homes and offices of DISH customers. Each SUI team member receives significant training in advance of his or her initial deployment to ensure services are completed properly for every customer.

HOW WE DO IT

We respond quickly to our customers’ needs as they arise. Our team’s goal is to lead in customer service and responsiveness among all in-home service providers. SUI team members are educated continuously about the various products and services DISH offers, including DISH video, dishNET, Smart Home Solutions, and Smart Phone Repair services. We partner with our customers to make sure they understand the various ways in which DISH can enhance their lives, and to provide the latest technologies and solutions that meet their individual needs.
